Emergency Fund Philippines

(FNF Filippijnen Nood Fonds) 

FNF was started in January 2000. We are just a workgroup surrounded with sympathizers.

In April 2002, we joined the City Workgroup for Development and Cooperation of Hasselt (SWOS).

In December 2003, we joined Volens ngo

In May 2004, the Platform for Cooperation to the Development of the Province of Limburg (LPOS).

In 2004, we became a non-profit-making organisation

And in 2009 we joined the 4e Pijler (Flemish community).

From the very beginning, we have been collecting money from donations or what we get through our different actions; this money is used to cover projects in the Philippines.

We present requests for support projects to the City of Hasselt, to the province of Limburg.

Several times a year, we organize information –and solidarity evenings- and this for other -associations as well.

Because we are convinced that education and increased awareness are most important, we also take part to Third-World Exchanges and north-south events.

Our website, newsletters and emails keep our sympathizers and all who are interested in touch with our work, actions and targets.

FNF cooperates with

the City Workgroup for Cooperation to the Development of Hasselt,

with the Platform for Cooperation to the Development of the Province of Limburg,

with Volens Ngo,

SHC Ngo

and the 4e Pijler Vais.
